Vision » First, we discuss your business vision — what it is you long to accomplish with your business. I’ll walk through your financial reports to see where you are, relative to that. Then, we set clearly defined goals for the next 12 months to 1. achieve your unique vision and 2. move toward consistent positive cash flow.

Plan » From cash flow management to forecasting to budget creation, this is the roadmap. Driven by your numbers, we design a detailed, step-by-step plan to actualize your business vision. We develop clearly defined action steps to get you from where you are (your current reality as indicated by your numbers) to where you want to be. 

Numbers » Each month I translate your financial reports for you. In addition to your standard financial reports (Profit & Loss statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet), we’ll review a customized report that paints a clear picture of where you are that month regarding your goals + the progress you’ve made thus far. We review your measurable progress and discuss the next steps needed to meet your goals.
